Previously worked as a fitness instructor, started teaching sport and fitness in the late 90's after completed CERT ED at Sheffield Hallam. Mountain biked the canyons of Navada, Crew member for team CRY randox. Race Across America 2008, placing third on the Podium. Now embarking on Race Around Ireland, the longest cycle race outside of the States in aid of Team GTF (Geoff Thomas Foundation)
