Previous Cycle/Endurance experience

No real cycling experience, though I once cycled from Sheffield to London in a day because I didn't realise you could take bikes on the train. Currently helping a young lad plan a cycle through Death Valley this July www.jamieparmar.giving.officelive.com

I have undertaken various adventure race and endurance events myself, including: Marathon Des Sables, 135 miles running, 5 day's,  Sahara

Badwater Ultra Marathon, 140 miles running, 46 hours, Death Valley

Belize Challenge, 6 day Jungle adventure race, New York, London & Siberian Ice Marathons (not won any yet!)
