Personal Profile
I graduated from the University of Luton with a BSc (Hons) Sport and Fitness Science degree followed by a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (P.G.C.E.) from the University of Exeter. I began working in the fitness industry as a fully qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, before achieving accelerated promotion to the position of Deputy Manager. I have also held the position as a Health Care Advisor for BUPA prior to becoming a Sports Science lecturer at Chesterfield College.
I am a person that has always received a considerable amount of pleasure through participating in numerous sporting activities. I am also a regular participator in sponsored sporting charity events. Travelling abroad and encountering new cultures is an experience that I relish. Fortunately, I have had the opportunities to travel around Europe and across the World.
